There is no contact form here on purpose — a form would mean collecting and storing your message on someone else's server, and email does the job without that. Expect a reply within a few working days.

What to send

• A number that came out wrong. The most useful email we get. Tell us which calculator, the values you entered, and the quantity you actually ended up using. Corrections are worked on before new pages.
• A calculator we haven't built. Say what you were trying to buy and in what unit the supplier sells it. Requests that come with a real job attached are the ones that get built first.
• A source we should be using. If a manufacturer has revised a bag yield or a coverage rate, or has published a data sheet we have missed, send the link. We will update the page and move its reviewed date.
• Privacy requests. Access, erasure, objection, or withdrawing consent — see the privacy policy for what we actually hold, which is very little. Put "privacy" in the subject line and we will handle it within 30 days.
• Advertising and licensing. Direct placements, or permission to reproduce a page for training or internal use.

What not to send

Please don't ask us whether your design is sound. We calculate quantities; we are not engineers, and a question about slab thickness, reinforcement, footing depth, span or drainage needs a licensed engineer and your local building department. We will say so rather than guess. The terms of use set out where our responsibility ends.

Guest posts, link exchanges and "we noticed a broken link on your site" pitches go unanswered. Nothing on this site is for sale as a link.
